The multi-talented Alison Stroudley (who also doubles as the Beach Haven’s gardening lady) is a fully qualified (VTCT Level 4) sports therapist. She is more than happy to bring her treatment table to the Beach Haven so you don’t even have to leave the house to benefit from her treatments.
Her services include a relaxing Swedish Massage, a Maintenance Sports Massage and Sports Massage injury treatment. She offers a free consultation and sessions of 45 minutes (£25), 60 minutes (£32) or 90 minutes (£48).
