At the back of the Beach Haven there is a lovely, private and secure garden with mature trees, shrubs and roses.  The large sun-deck is a perfect afternoon sun-trap should you feel the need to stay put. A dining deck with table and chairs, to accommodate 8 people, is located under a honeysuckle-covered pergola. A small roof terrace, with steps up from the back garden, provides across Maer Lake (with its plethora of wild birds) to the sea. It’s the perfect spot to sit with a glass of your favourite tipple and watch the sunset.

At the front there is a drive with off-road parking for two cars. A large lean-to shed at the side of the house provide secure storage for your surfboards, wetsuits, bikes etc.
