Well, ok not quite. It’s tomorrow (20th) to be precise but it seems the sun hasn’t been prepared to wait.
Yesterday and today have been glorious days. Unbroken and warm sunshine.
We have guests coming to The Beach Haven on Saturday so I popped over today today to see how the newly tiled en-suite is coming along and couldn’t resist taking a few photos of the garden now it’s coming into bloom. I’m going to have to mow the lawns tomorrow, for the second time this year, although that’s never a hardship. The garden really is at it’s best in late spring: the beach tree normally bursts into leaf on 1st May for its crowning glory and for the next couple of months is a constant delight of changing blooms.
We still have availability for the spring although July, August and all but one week of September are now fully booked.
Light evenings, thrift on the cliff-tops, quiet beaches, easy parking, no crowds. What are you waiting for? Cornwall and The Beach Have beckons you! 🙂
