The Beach Haven sleeps up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms but out of season, the property is based on a price for 4 people so you get all the space with much less cost! It is just a short, ten-minute stroll to the beach and Bude town centre. Also within a few minutes walk are dog-friendly cafes and pubs.
The Beach Haven is a spacious bungalow with good access throughout the property. There is level access to the front door and we can supply a threshold ramp to aid things further. Although there are no specific disabled facilities (such as a hoist or widened door etc) we have a number of regular wheelchair users who get on fine. There are grab handles in the en-suite shower room and the main bathroom as well as the front door to help keep you as safe as possible. We don’t, however, have a walk-in wet room, if this is critical for you.
We now also supply a number of aids on request to help further. These include:

- Toilet frame
- Bath board
- Access
ramps - Mobility Scooter
We can provide a mobility scooter so you can enjoy the lovely, paved path from Crooklets beach into town or the two-mile ride along the old Bude Canal towpath to Helebridge and perhaps treat yourself at The Weir Bistro! All we ask is a small donation to a local charity.
