The easiest way to book a holiday at the Beach Haven is just to give us a call on 01288 356572 between 8am and 11pm. If you prefer, you can send us an email with your preferred dates and we will confirm as soon as possible.
Once availability is confirmed, we will pencil you in and await your 33% deposit payment (full amount if your holiday is within eight weeks). On receipt, we will then confirm your stay by email.
Payment can be by cheque or by bank transfer.

Holiday Insurance and Cancellations
You are highly recommended to obtain holiday insurance against unavoidable cancellation of your booking through accident, illness or other unforeseen circumstances. Should you need to cancel, we will try to re-let the accommodation but should this be unsuccessful, you are legally liable to pay the full amount of the accommodation. Your preferred insurance broker will be able to help you as will our local agent.
Young People
Due to the quiet residential nature of the location, we are unfortunately unable to accept bookings from groups of young people and /or same-sex groups.
Balance Payment
Your balance payment is due eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday and we will send out reminders. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the loss of your deposit and cancellation of your booking.
Arrival / Departure
The Beach Haven will be available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. If you wish to drop off bags earlier than this, you are welcome to do so but you will not have access to the accommodation. Please advise us of your expected arrival time. You must vacate The Beach Haven by 10.00am on the day of departure.
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly not permitted anywhere inside The Beach Haven. Any person found to be doing so during their holiday or after vacating will be liable to pay for additional valeting.
Linen
Linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
Dogs
We welcome up to three dogs on your visit but with respect to future visitors, we have a bare minimum of strict conditions. Firstly, dogs must not, at any time, no matter how cute or cuddly they are, be allowed on beds or furniture *unless you bring your own bedding/throws. Secondly, we have a designated long-grass area in the back garden for morning and evening ablutions but please clear up immediately after your dog and use the bin provided. Lastly, your dog must not be left unattended at The Beach Haven at any time unless you are 100% certain that they will not be distressed, whine, bark, cause damage or urinate (or worse) in the house. In any event, do not leave your dog alone for more than 2 hours. Should you need to go off without your dog, the Beach Hut (garden shed) is a well-ventilated, secure place to leave your dog or we may be available to dog-sit and/or walk, by prior arrangement. Any damage, howsoever caused, will have to be paid for.
*Please bring a complete bedding set for any bed your dog might sleep on. This includes a king-size bottom sheet, pillowcases, duvet and duvet cover.
The Legal Disclaimer
The Beach Haven, its owners and its employees, accept no liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to any persons or property during your stay, however caused. Any person in breach of the booking conditions be asked to leave. No refund will be given. Any person causing offence to neighbours may, at our discretion, will be asked to leave. No refund will be given.
The decision of the owners of The Beach Haven will be final.
